Project summary :

Tanner Blakeney wanted me to design two website banners for an upcoming project by the name Rail Head situated in Frisco and Allen Tech Hub at Allen respectively similar to https://www.thecaseyfrisco.com/. Having provided me with all the details that must be shown in video like major roadways connecting major cities and airports as well. It also includes drone footages, site plan, company brochure, site renders, branding and contact details of the realtors.

The Website Hero Banner is an amalgamation of 8 layers of footage that contains:

What are the number of Titles?

It refers to total number of Images/Callouts/Logo/Captions. The total number is counted from start of video compilation to end of it. Basic Package buyers have to get their logo and locations ready beforehand.

How do you define a revison?

Once you submit all the requirements , I will start creating video exactly as shown in the gig. I will deliver the footage which should be considered final. If the final delivery deviates from what is promised, you may ask for revision

What is logo and location research?

This service is available only in Standard and Premium Package and it means that I will research for the nearby companies/amenities (Hotels, Cafe Fortune 500 Companies!! etc) and download the logos

What is Top Down Shot 1 : Satellite View?

It refers to the first footage. It includes a highway roadmap from your location with all the logos for TOLLWAY, INTERSTATE HIGHWAYS & AIRPORTS. (The number of logos will depend upon the package and must be informed beforehand by the buyer )

What is Top Down Shot 2 : Bird's Eye View?

It refers to the second footage. It includes a closer top down view illustrating callouts from the places nearby your location. (The number of logos will depend upon the package and must be informed beforehand by the buyer )

What is Route Animation : Superman View

This is third footage and is exclusive to my gig. This is SOMETHING I SPECIALIZE IN. This includes a glow route animation starting from a preferred location following it till the end of your desired location while meanwhile covering all the major attractions nearby.

What is Site Plan Overlay?

This is fourth footage and includes a site plan of your location with a tilted or overhead view displaying roads and immediate nearby facilities.

What is Motion Tracking Drone Footage?

This is fifth footage. Given the buyer provides a drone footage of the location, I will add motion tracking for the logo of the facilities nearby.

What is Company Showcase Scroll

This is sixth Footage. Given buyer provides a drone footage, I will add company showcase sidewise (The number of logos will depend upon the package and must be informed beforehand by the buyer )

What is Renders and Contact Page?

Given the buyer provides a render of the location and contact page of the agent including their name, email-id, address and contact number. I will add them to my compilation and it will mark the end of footage delivery.

Licensing Terms?

Since I will be using Google Earth Studio for most of the part, you need to provide attribution to it which is embedded in the footage itself.
